Dosage

Recommended daily dose: One scoop (11.6 g) is mixed with 2.5 - 5 dl of water. Use 1 - 2 times daily. Suggested immediately upon awakening (before breakfast) and before/during and/or after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
