We ask you to read the terms of purchase when you approve the following terms when purchasing.
We reserve the right to change these terms of purchase at any time and you as a customer are responsible for updating yourself on current terms.

1. Buy

When ordering, an agreement on purchase is signed only when AES has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address as soon as you have completed your purchase. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the product has been sent. betterbodies.com has ownership and takeover rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years of age or have a parent's approval and betterbodies.com must be able to determine the customer's residential address.

2. Prices

The prices include VAT with 25% for ready-to-wear for orders within Sweden. Upon confirmed order, prices can only be changed by circumstances beyond AES 'control. For example, significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT. No handling costs will be added. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.

3. Shipping

We have a fixed cost for shipping within Sweden, also applies to return packages and exchanges. Free shipping over SEK 499

4. Payment options / payment terms.

Ready invoice, card and direct payment
We use Klarna Paypal and Stripe for payments.

4.1 Invoice (Clear)
We use Klarna for invoices and you can find their terms HERE.
Payment terms: In the case of invoice payment, 14 days apply from the time the goods are sent. It is Klarna's payment terms that apply and you can find them here: Klarna invoice. Did you not receive an invoice sent to your e-mail? In that case, you can log in to “Mitt Klarna” at www.klarna.com/se to see the invoice.

4.2 Card Payment (Stripe)

If you pay by credit card, Aesnutrition.se reserves the right to check the cardholder's address, the card's validity period and that your account has the capacity to be debited with the full amount. Aesnutrition.se reserves the right to refuse a purchase.

Card payments are made by Stripe.

The money is reserved on your card until we confirm that we have sent your goods.

5. Deliveries

Orders placed before 14.00 on a weekend weekday are processed the same day and are normally delivered within 2-4 days within Sweden.

We reserve the right to sell all stock items before we have time to update the website, and then we inform customers about the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the product is not in stock. The packages are delivered by Posten or another carrier to the delivery point or sent as post.

5.1 Delivery notifications and uncollected packages from agents.

You will be notified via e-mail when your package leaves our warehouse, as soon as your package has arrived at your postal Nordic representative, a notification will be sent to you via SMS or e-mail. If the package is not picked up after 3 days, you will be notified in the same way again. After 7 days, you will be notified by letter sent to your home. The package remains for 14 days. If the package has not been picked up before then it will be returned to us. We will then charge a fee for shipping and administrative work of SEK 250.

6. Delivery delays

Sometimes delivery delays occur from our suppliers beyond our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfill its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this occurs, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You can trust that we will always notify you if deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.

7. Transport

Aesnutrition.se is responsible for transport to you as a customer. We use DHL today.

If you want to return goods to us, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

You as a customer have an exchange and right of return for 30 days.

To return the complained product, we ask you to contact us via kontakt@aesnutrition.se

In the event of complaints, you do not pay any shipping costs for the return. Read point 10

8. Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately via kontakt@aesnutrition.se

9. Right of withdrawal and open purchase

According to the Distance Contracts Act, private customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days after you have received the product. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. However, the right of withdrawal applies due to health and hygiene reasons only if the seal on the packaging has not been broken when returning underwear, socks, food, dietary supplements, beauty products, containers intended for consumption and similar products. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to products marked with a short date or expiration date.

As a customer of AES, we also offer the right to exchange within 30 days of you ordering the product. This only applies to unused products.

10. Complaints

If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, you must contact us via kontakt@aesnutrition.se for further handling of the case, before you send something back.

Fill in the return / complaint form sent to your e-mail at the time of your purchase. Attach the invoice / receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us.

In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's (www.arn.se) recommendations.

You can choose to contact the General Complaints Board www.arn.se or the EU's joint dispute resolution page https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show if you are not satisfied with our handling.

11. Refunds

Repayment is made with the same payment method that you chose to use at the time of purchase. Either via Klarna or the money is transferred to your card. The amount is always refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.

12. Reservations

We reserve the right to make changes in prices due to large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control.

13. Protection of personal data

In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business only for the purpose of completing and providing the service that you expect from us. According to PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. We also assure that we will not sell or transfer any personal information.

14. Uncollected package

If your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent to you via e-mail or text message. You as a customer are responsible for the correct mobile number, address and e-mail address you entered.

If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 250; see section 5.1.
