Yamamoto® Nutrition Glycogen Cluster Dextrin™ is a food supplement with highly branched cyclic dextrin, coconut water, potassium, flavonoids and magnesium. Use for intense and/or prolonged training sessions, which are demanding on the muscles and reduce glycogen in the muscle stores and cause intense sweating. Highly branched cyclic dextrin is a highly water-soluble carbohydrate, which is metabolized by the human body. After intense and/or prolonged training sessions, with muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in the skeletal muscles, metabolized carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function, i.e. contraction (see instructions). In addition, potassium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function; magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to reducing fatigue and exhaustion.

Dosage

Number of doses per package: 16 pcs.

Recommended daily dose : Mix 2 scoops (30g) with 2-3 dl of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage: Store out of reach of children in well-sealed original packaging.
